 Thank you for your follow up. It is very much appreciated as the
second week we had in Italy was with another agency who were not good,
and it would be difficult to complain to them. However, we had a
wonderful time at Il Night di Berto. The house is really enchanting
and the agency on site were helpful. Only a few suggestions:
It is a long climb to the beach, and you should warn people, but if
they can do the climb it is totally worth it as it's a gorgeous almost
private beach. Even the people at the agency on site have never bothered to climb it!
The photos didn't show just how pretty the house and terrace is. It
has an amazing view, and you didn't mention it is close to a very
pretty lighthouse, which is lovely to watch in the evening.

 Hi,
Yes my family & I enjoyed our holiday very
much. The location was beautiful. The
apartment was very nice with a lovely
swimming pool. It is a very nice complex as
it is not too big. The garden & parking area
are very well maintained also. Just a couple
of things that might be helpful to discuss
with the landlord. We arrived on Friday but
the bed lined was only changed during our
stay there & that happened 13 days after we
arrived. I think the beds should be changed
at weekly at least if not twice weekly,
particularly in the hot weather. Also there
was no cleaning carried out during our 16
day stay. Even if we wished to clean the
apartment ourselves we did not have the
necessary cleaning utensils to do so. It
would be useful if a sweeping brush, dustpan
& brush & toilet brush are provided.Also
there were no tea towels provided. I have
recommended the accommodation to a friend
since I returned.

We
had a simply wonderful time in Tropea and
thought Casa di Peppe was just delightful and
wonderfully sited for all the amenities of the
town.
The only thing I would alter was the description
of the two apartments. I realise they are
difficult to describe, but I think it could be
clarified a little. my thoughts are:
There are 2 apartments which share the same
outside delightful town garden and outside
kitchen. One appt has a living room/kitchen (there is
a sofa bed in this room which would sleep 2 if
necessry)on the ground floor, with beautiful
shower room. Spiral staircase to an airy and
open double bedroom. The second apartment has living room/kitchen
(with single divan available), on ground floor
with a small double bedroom and bathroom on the
ground floor - however at an extra cost of ???
a lovely large double bedroom (with extra single
bed) and ensuite shower room can be opened up to
enlarge the apartment. BUT the main message is we had a wonderful trip
- thank you -

 We
stayed at the Casa Concetta for one week
from 6th June 2008.
The apartment was very basic and did have
lots of stairs which guests should be told
about in advance. We were a party of four
and my husband and I had the top apartment.
The views from the balcony overlooking the
church were amazing. We did not use the top
terrace as there were no sun loungers up
there, guests would probably use this area
to sunbathe if there were loungers.
English guests would benefit from a kettle,
milk jug and sugar basin to make tea, and
there should be more tea cups and wine
glasses to enjoy a glass of wine or two on
the terrace!!! Also more pillows for the
beds would have been good. The apartment was
very clean, with clean bedding and towels.
Casa Concetta is very central and although a
little noisy as it is on a main street, we
would recommend this apartment and the staff
of Mediterraneocase who were very efficient
and helpful when booking our holiday.
